The Woes of 24

Hello All,

If you don' know it already, 24 is the best show on TV. I know, I know. I am going to get a little pushback on this. There are plenty of great shows on: Lost, ER, Smallville but 24 tops them all.

The past couple of weeks have been spectacular. Last weeks cliffhanger (I guess every week is a cliffhanger really) with the death of ***** (don't want to give it away for those who watch and haven't seen it yet), this week we took out both **** and **** (the second one I'm not sure but in the preview for next week they were putting a white sheet over him). Seriously, what other TV show knocks off 3 major characters in 2 weeks. None.

There are of course some things (I say that lightly) that are a bit unrealistic. Jack never uses a washroom or eats. Tonight he ran around for at least 2 minutes holding his breath so he didn't breathe in the nerve gas. Really, Jack must be superhuman. A few years ago he literally died. His heart stopped and then next hour he was back at it. Season 3 had him with a serious drug habit. Half a season in, he had kicked it. Amazing.

Thats all I have to say. Watch 24. Its awesome.

Besides that, life is good. Columbo is beside me. Scooby turns 1 on Friday. Hard to believe that we have had him almost a year. He is now bigger than the dog. I fear he is turning into a small pony.....
