Awkwardness with the Mentally Challenged in a Public Washroom

When Cherie and I got home from the trip we really REALLY needed some groceries. We headed over to Loblaws and were sauntering around the store when it hit. The rumbling stomach. I needed to use the bathroom. BAD. So off I ran to the washroom which was upstairs. I double stepped it and hit the bathroom in record time.

I get in there and there is a mentally challenged boy in their. No big deal. He is washing his hands, "getting the dead skin off", while his coat is hanging in one of the stalls. I take the empty one. While I am in the stall taking care of business he starts talking to me. Ugh. Don't talk to me while I am in there. I was so embarrassed but it was only him and me. He was asking me about his coat, "I guess you saw my coat". Yep. One word answers. Then some kid comes in and needs to use the other stall. Does his business and leaves. All the while, the talker has moved his coat and now put it back and then begins with "That boy didn't wash his hands, that's bad.". Yep, I said. After a couple of minutes someone else comes in to pee. I am so embarrassed but what is going on that I stop answering since there is this extra person now. The talker says "Can you still here me?" AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Anyways, I finished up, washed my hands so I didn't get heckled, and got out of there. The moral of this story: Don't talk to someone in the bathroom stall...NOT COOL AT ALL!!

The only reason you washed your hands is to avoid getting heckled? Ewwwwwww!!!!

Moral of this story: Don't even think about avoiding personal hygiene in order to avoid public bathroom stall talk from strangers... NOT COOL AT ALL!!
