Dear Subway

Dear Subway Sandwiches,

I know that you pride yourselves on being sandwich artists but I must let you know of something that is curious to me.

Today I was in one of your franchises. Firstly, your prices are a little steep. $12.00 for a Sub, 2 cookies and a drink is a little much. I am sure you have a fairly good profit margin. What disturbed me today was this appearance of this on your counter:

Seriously! And on top of the tip jar even being there - it had money it in!

At the location I was in today I really didn't think that the "sandwich artist" that created my (less than stellar) sandwich had the personality to deserve the minimum wage that she is probably earning to deserve any sort of tip. I just find that the tip jar is rather out of place and frankly, sort of presumptuous.
