The CHAMP...yeah that's me.

I would like to announce to all of you that I am the CHAMP. Yes, that's right I have finally found what I am good at. Whac-a-Mole. You read that right. Here it is - my niche:

In case you are unfamiliar with the Whac-a-Mole game, here is a definition from Wikipedia:

"A typical Whac-A-Mole machine consists of a large waist-level cabinet with five holes on its top. Each hole contains a single plastic mole and the machinery necessary for moving it up and down. There is also large soft black mallet approximately the size of a small watermelon and a three-digit readout of the current player's score and, on later models, a best score of the day readout. The mallet is usually attached to the game by a rope in order to prevent patrons from walking away from the machine with it." (who would want to walk away with a large soft black mallet...anyways...on with the story)

Saturday was Canada's Wonderland day with some good friends. While the girls were in the bathroom (cause they go in groups of course) I decided to try my hand at Whac-a-Mole. Now to put things in perspective the first game I played was against 2 people, a man and a woman. The bell rang and we were off. Moles were popping their little heads out of the holes and I was whacking them with all my might. Then...the bell rang...and the game was over. The blue light on my game was flashing...VICTORY WAS MINE!!! Cherie picked out the prize...a Care Bear....Best Friend Bear to be exact (don't laugh). What we will do with it now is beyond me.

Later in the day the whole group of us decided again to try our hands at Whac-a-Mole. There must of been about 10 or so players, us and some others. I was facing some tough competition. Anyway, the bell rang and we were off. I was concentrating hard on the task at hand and the bell rang...I WON AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE CROWD WENT WILD...well, Cherie was excited. This time she picked a giant Brian the dog from Family Guy. The best thing was watching Cherie carry these 2 toys around the park!!!

So I have found a sport (is this a sport) that I am good at. Next Stop, the Whac-a-Mole Canadian Finals followed by the Whac-a-Mole International Games. Look out gold medal, here I come.
